They're constantly taking things away from the employees. My job is super simple and could be a good job if this company was run better. I don't always have the supplies I need to do my job so I make due with what I have. I often have to clean up behind other employees to not work in a filthy work space but we all have 'cleaning' in our job description.
I was told to wear business casual but in the summer the people in orientation were half naked. Type of clothes come to orientation that way. They really don't care about a proper hiring process or training. They'll hire almost anyone off the street. The turnover rate is high as Snoop Dogg and they continue to blame the people who didn't work out or quit instead of looking at themselves and fixing what's wrong. The company obviously doesn't care about it's employees they just want bodies to do the work. Management is a complete joke but beware of them. The customers know information before we do most of the time. Way too many bad things to say about working for them.Ĭommunication is right before something is happening, after it's already happened, or none at all.
